The Audrey Marie Ellis Foundation (AMEF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in loving memory of Audrey Marie Ellis—a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse who passed away from complications of COVID-19 in 2020. Audrey's life was a testament to heart-centered connection, joy, holistic health, and living authentically. Through AMEF, we continue her mission to inspire others to live fully, with connection and purpose.

 

Our Mission

At the Audrey Marie Ellis Foundation, our core mission is to support individuals and families experiencing grief and honor Audrey's legacy through programs that provide healing, community, and hope.

 

AMEF is proud to be the primary financial supporter of the Waves of Grief Collective, a vital initiative dedicated to helping people navigate the difficult journey of loss.

 

All donations made to the Audrey Marie Ellis Foundation go directly toward funding Waves of Grief programs, which offer emotional support, resources, and connection to those grieving the loss of a loved one.

 

Our Legacy

Audrey’s commitment to healing and connection lives on through our programs. Waves of Grief Collective provides a safe, nurturing space for those who are grieving to find solace, share their experiences, and access resources for healing. Through this collective, we provide:

• Support Circles for those coping with the loss 

• Holistic Healing Programs, including mindfulness, therapy, and self-care practices

• Community Events that foster connection and emotional well-being
