Kianna Miller

Kianna is a somatic movement guide, international retreat leader, and surf therapy facilitator who finds deep healing in nature, movement, and community. Raised on the foggy shores of Half Moon Bay, CA, she grew up feeling both, empowered and deeply humbled by the ocean.

Grief comes in many forms and Kianna's journey with grief became more personal after the loss of her older brother. An experience that reshaped her understanding of the human experience and deepened her commitment to holding space for others navigating change. She has been supporting surf programs that foster healing and transformation since 2018. As part of the Waves of Grief team, she guides ocean-based grief support through somatic practices, breath, and play. With a background in yoga and trauma-informed facilitation, Kianna creates warm and accessible spaces where you’re invited to show up exactly as you are.

Whether in the waves or on land, you will find Kianna with a sandy bun on her head and salt on her skin, fully present to support your journey with compassion and curiosity.
